Product Description

This is a ValueRAM's 32M x 64-bit (256MB) CL4 DDR2-533 SDRAM
(Synchronous DRAM) memory module. The components on this module include eight 32M x 8-bit (8M x 8-bit x 4 Bank) DDR2-533 SDRAM in FBGA packages. This 200-pin SODIMM uses gold contact fingers and requires +1.8V.
